This YTS61S tenor is fully original with all original pads, corks and felts, but also plays amazing. Has an incredible sound that really doesn't compare to anything else. These are incredibly rare as the silver plated version was not commercially available, from the research I've done these were only given to special artists. The horn has been preserved beautifully and is a stunning example of a purple logo era Yamaha. Would be perfect for a collector looking for a top grade rare find or a professional looking for an amazing player. Ideally would need a full overhaul for professional use which can be offered for a competitive price with purchase if requested. Sax is available in store to play. Please Call, Email or Text to purchase

Absolutely stunning 62 purple logo alto. Sax has spent most of its life unused in the case. These horns are a great investment as they become more desirable and difficult to find in good condition. This example still has the original set up with original pads, corks and felts and still plays well. Serial number is fairly early at 014xxx and is a perfect horn for a collector looking for a prime specimen of this modern classic or a professional looking for a good base to build their dream horn. Can discuss including a full overhaul at a competitive price with purchase. Sax is available to test in store. Please Call, Email or Text to Purchase

The System-76 curved soprano is unlike any of its conventional, straight bodied cousins… the warm sound and increased projection (due to the bell and bell key position) of this horn combine for a completely different and refreshing auditory experience. The feel quality is also much more nimble and balanced for playing.
The PMXA-67R Alto Saxophone projects a dark, ringing sound as the result of an enlarged body tube flair, large bell, and rolled tone holes. Described as a very free blowing horn with broad dynamic range, the PMXA-67R comes in a variety of finishes, and features a hand engraved bell. From a resistance-free low range to an effortless altissimo, this instrument is for the player who requires tonal, dynamic, and timbral diversity.Satin Silver finish available on requestPlease Call, Text or Email to order your brand new P. Selmer Reference 54 Tenor Sax. Set-up at GV Brass and Woodwind Repairs. This instrument is in good condition and the pads look great. These are a few lacquer blemishes typical of an older sax. These dont affect the way it plays. The neck is in perfect condition with no pulls or dents.
